1. Shipping Within South Africa
We proudly deliver to all provinces in South Africa On Request Only.
Shipping To Our Local Warehouses
Delivery to the LORIN warehouse is estimated at 20–60 days from the date of order. Shipping timelines may be subject to delays arising from customs clearance, logistics handling, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery shall be made to the LORIN warehouses. The Buyer shall not be liable for shipping, insurance, customs clearance, duties, or taxes associated with the international portion of the shipment unless explicitly stated in the quotation.

- Local delivery from the LORIN warehouse to the Buyer’s final address is not included in this quotation and will be priced separately. The Buyer is responsible for settling this additional charge for delivery to their specified address.

Courier Partners
We use trusted Local and International Couriers for fast and secure delivery. Tracking details are sent via email or SMS once your order is shipped or dispatched.
Tracking numbers provided may refer to a consolidated cargo shipment and not individual parcels. Orders are shipped via consolidated cargo. Delivery timelines may vary. As soon as your goods get to our local store individual parcels will be provided.
2. Shipping to Southern African Countries
We deliver to SADC region, including:
Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique, Zambia, Malawi. Only On Request

Shipping charges are determined and agreed upon with the customer before shipment.
Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for customs/import duties required by their country. (SADC – Where we do not have warehouse)
3. International Shipping (Rest of the World)
We ship globally through secure international courier partners.

Fees
International shipping charges are determined and confirmed with the buyer based on the destination country and parcel dimensions. These shipments are fulfilled from our warehouse to countries where we do not operate a local warehouse.
Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
Customers located in countries where we do not operate a local warehouse are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or charges imposed by their local authorities.
4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow the cargo’s journey.
5. Delivery Address Information
Please ensure your address, contact number, zip and postal code are correct.
Lorin Online Shopping Mall is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
6. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, couriers may:

Hold the parcel for collection at the nearest depot
Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

If your parcel is delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.
8. Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items have longer processing times. Estimated delivery dates will be shown on the product page or confirmed via email.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together unless arranged otherwise.
